1. Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatment.

  • Proof of age may be required.

  • RESTORE BY DR CHI LTD reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically unsuitable or not in the client’s best interest.

2. Treatments Offered

Restore Skin Clinic provides the following non-surgical aesthetic treatments:

  • Anti-wrinkle injections (Botulinum toxin)

  • Dermal fillers

  • Lip enhancement

  • Skin boosters (e.g., Profhilo)

All treatments are administered by a qualified medical professional following a full consultation.

3. Consultations and Medical Consent

  • A face-to-face consultation is required before any treatment.

  • You must disclose your full medical history, allergies, and medications.

  • For prescription-only treatments (e.g., botulinum toxin), a prescription will only be issued after a medical assessment.

  • You will be asked to sign a consent form before treatment.

  • You are encouraged to ask questions and take time to consider your options before proceeding.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or loss of deposit.

  • Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Payment

  • Full payment is due at the time of treatment.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods as listed on our website.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Results and Expectations

  • Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

  • Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.

  • You will be provided with aftercare instructions; failure to follow them may affect your outcome.

  • Photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records and (with your consent) marketing purposes.

7. Risks and Side Effects

All treatments carry potential risks, including but not limited to:

  • Swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness

  • Asymmetry or uneven results

  • Allergic reactions or infections (rare)

  • Vascular occlusion (in rare cases with dermal fillers)

  • Temporary discomfort or sensitivity

These will be discussed in detail during your consultation.

8. Refunds and Complaints

  • We do not offer refunds for treatments once performed.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a review.

  • We follow a formal complaints procedure in line with healthcare standards.

  • Refunds for prepaid treatments or packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administration fee.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • RESTORE BY DR CHI LTD complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Your personal and medical data is stored securely and used only for clinical purposes.

  • We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
