After-Care

  • No touching or rubbing the treated area for 24 hours.

  • Skip intense exercise, heat, saunas, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours..

  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours after treatment.

  • Avoid other facial treatments over the area for 2 weeks

  • Do not touch or rub the treated areas for at least 24 hours / avoid make-up.

  • Expect mild swelling, redness, or bruising, which usually resolves in a few days.

  • Ice packs can help reduce swelling.

  • Report any unusual pain, asymmetry, or lumps to your practitioner immediately.
